My personal happiness is entirely too dependent upon the weather. I think I have an opposite reaction to clouds than that of most people. Sun = gloom. Clouds = bliss. Aside from one or two days, Denton has been under clouds and rain the past two weeks. And it has been so wonderful. So refreshing. So cozy. Don't get me wrong ... I can enjoy a sunny day, too. But we have so much sun and so much heat in Texas. When it's 65 degrees outside (without humidity), I feel like I struck gold.

After six months of silence, I return to the blog world. I've decided to pick this habit back up again even though no one reads it. Which means I will pretty much be entertaining myself. No one appreciates my witt as much as me anyway so this should work out just fine. And since I lead such an exciting life I predict a bright blog future for myself. I just gotta stick with it. Steady plodding.

I just realized I haven't left my desk in three hours.

OK even if you ARE Paul McCartney and you ARE one of The Beatles, you still should NOT be that guy wearing a t-shirt with your own face on it. Nor should you be doing so while also wearing mom jeans. Are those jeans tapered, too, Paul?
